Welcome to Glooplings! These terms are the rules for using glooplings.com, including accounts and the digital collection. By using the site you agree to them. If you have a question, email admin@glooplings.com.
Accounts
- Accounts are free and optional. You can explore as a guest.
- If you are under 13 (or under the age of digital consent where you live), a parent or guardian should create and manage your account. See our Privacy Policy.
- Keep your password private. You’re responsible for what happens on your account.
- One person per account, please.
Your digital collection
- Scanning a Gloopling’s QR code adds that character to your digital collection. It’s just for fun: digital Glooplings have no money value and can’t be sold, swapped or exchanged for anything.
- Your digital collection is separate from the toys you own. Losing or deleting your account doesn’t affect your physical Glooplings, and having a toy doesn’t guarantee a digital one.
- We may add, change or retire digital features, characters or codes over time.
Play fair
Please don’t:
- guess, share in bulk, or automatically generate claim codes;
- try to get into other people’s accounts or parts of the site that aren’t meant for you;
- overload, attack or interfere with the site; or
- use the site for anything illegal or harmful.
If someone breaks these rules, we may remove Glooplings they claimed unfairly, or suspend or delete their account.
Our stuff
The Glooplings name, characters, artwork, photos and the website itself belong to Glooplings. You’re welcome to enjoy them on the site and share links, but please don’t copy or reuse them for other purposes without asking.
Ending your account
You can stop using the site whenever you like. To delete your account, email admin@glooplings.com from the address on your account.
The site “as is”
We work hard to keep Glooplings running smoothly, but we can’t promise the site will always be available or free of mistakes. The site is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for losses caused by using it or by it being unavailable. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law.
Toy safety
Glooplings toys contain small parts and are not for children under 3 years. Always follow the safety information on the packaging.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, that means you accept the new terms.
